Welcome
Welcome to the Rugby Avenue Church of Christ website. We have provided basic information here about us and who we are. However, nothing can compare to stopping by and visiting us on a Sunday morning and share with us as we worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We are a group of Christians that strive to follow the truths of the Bible and nothing else. We are overseen by two elders and five deacons. We have a full time pulpit minister and a full time campus minister, serving the University of Virginia and Piedmont College. We think you'll find the Rugby Avenue Church of Christ to be a wonderful place for spiritual growth through worship, study and service. This church seeks to honor God through our worship while sharing the Good News about Jesus Christ through a wide variety of ministries. As elders, we want to lead by example. We wish to set before every member both the grace of God and the challenge of living as we are taught in Scripture. As you visit us, you can expect a friendly atmosphere as we seek to encourage one another through Bible centered preaching and teaching. We offer a wide selection of ministries for your personal involvement, along with a congregation that is seeking to love their fellow man with the love of Christ.
